Monday 7th April - Cannock Round-Up

In a thrilling week of action in the Cannock Monday 6 a side Football league, the teams battled it out in their respective divisions for supremacy. With only two weeks left in the season, the stakes were high and the matches were intense.

In the Premier League division, the match of the week was between Chadsmoor FC and Skillage In The Village, with an out of form Skillage being narrowly edged out 3-2 by Chadsmoor as their title hopes wane. We Are Bad continued their strong form with a 5-3 win over Sevilla Depression. However, the highlight of the week was Kennywan FC's unprecedented 12-0 demolition of Pink Panthers as they look to take the title this time round.

Division 1 saw a vital clash between Aston Villagers and The Arcade Cannock, where the Villagers triumphed 3-1. Thiago X Silva managed to keep a clean sheet against Tekkerslovakia, winning the match 2-0. Game Set And Snatch had a narrow victory over MDMaccies FC, winning 4-3.

In Division 2, Red Hot Chilli Knackers beat Between The Spreadsheets 2-1, while Pathetico Madrid overcame The Special Ones 4-2. Paralympiacos showed great form, defeating NOT IN UR MOMS FOREST 3-0.

In the final Division 3 matches, Ayden B swept to victory against Pjanic At The Isco with a 7-0 win, whilst Villains FC defeated Bargain Boyz 5-1.
