Sunday 6th April - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Sunday 6 a side league, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions.

Over at the Premier League, three riveting matches were on the agenda. Glass On Grass and 01543 FC provided a thrilling kick-off as they battled to a 3 - 3 draw, with stellar performances on both ends of the pitch. This was followed by What Divock recording a clean victory over Diadora FC with a 2 - 0 scoreline, showing off their defensive prowess. The night was capped off by Burntwood FC falling to Bar Snort FC, with the latter pulling off a stunning 5 - 2 victory. The top scorer in the Premier League was the standout player from Bar Snort FC, whose name was mentioned by fans and fellow players alike throughout the night.

Back at Division 1, BARELY ATHLETIC managed to score an impressive 4 - 2 win over Hednesford U5s, seizing control from the start. Still Haven't Got One Yet then wowed spectators with their dominating performance against Mike Oxmall, ending the game at a jaw-dropping 6 - 1. The division's finale was a gripping match between Old Trafford Wanderers and FUB FC, with both teams settling for a 3 - 3 draw after an intense showdown. The top scorer's mantle in Division 1 was claimed by a player from Still Haven't Got One Yet, whose extraordinary performance on the field was the highlight of the evening.
