In the week 6 of the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side Football League, the mettle and spirit of the teams were on full display as they played some incredible football, making for an action-packed evening.

We kick off in the Premier League division, Burntwood Fc dominated with a resounding 10-2 victory over Dribble FC. A rude awakening for our newest Premier League team! Scrambled Legs also secured a narrow win against Bunch of Scruffs with a 3-2 scoreline. A real shaker of a final result which sees the current champs scratching their heads! Dank FC managed to edge out Sheffield Monday with a 1-0 victory, proving their defensive prowess. CTL remain top!

The Division 1 games were equally gripping, with Stroke Tity FC delivering a stellar performance against Patty Freaks FC, securing a 5-1 triumph. Victor Moses Garden showed their mettle by defeating Harriers 4-1 while Norton FC and Soup King FC as well as Basic FC and The Grillbillies both ended in 1-1 draws in closely fought encounters.

In the Division 2 fixtures, Karius To Glory edged past Diddys Dribblers with a 2-1 scoreline. The next game saw our MotD take place... Where Burntwood Ballers FC and P M T FC saw a thrilling 7 goal thriller take place, PMT just about had the cutting edge, nicking a 4-3 bonanza! Meanwhile PSV Hangover and Donny On Da Beek had to settle for shared points with a 1-1 draw. Kepa Clean Sheet and Whopper Walsh played an vastly exciting match ending in a 4-4 deadlock.

The Division 3 games saw some equally intense action. Pro Clubs Irl and Trooper FC battled it out in yet another 4-4 draw. A massive day for the neutral fans amongst us! FCDapperGirls managed to claim a 1-0 win over Queen Park Strangers and Class On Grass secured a comfortable 4-0 victory over Davos Diddy Party.

The goal tally for the week certainly set the bar high for the games to come. The teams are ready for another thrilling week of football, and we can't wait to see what they have in store for us. Stay tuned for more updates on the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side Football League.
