Thursday night saw some intense football action in the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side football league. In week four of the ongoing season, spectators were treated to some hard-fought matches with high-scoring games and stellar individual performances throughout the Premier League and Division 1.
The Premier League division saw Pathetic Athletic take on Beautiful Men in what turned out to be a one-sided contest. Beautiful Men put on an impressive display, overcoming Pathetic Athletic with a score of 4-1.

In another goal-rich encounter, Last Legs FC reigned victorious over Absolutely Fabregas in a 7-5 thriller. Maybe one of the highest scoring games in Rubery Thursday history and will be a great watch back on our Youtube channel Leisure Leagues TV

One of the standout performers in the Premier League division was Mike Barnes of SakaPotatoes, who put the ball into the net three times, becoming the top scorer for the week.
In Division 1, Maradona Kebabs narrowly got past Diddy - Do - It, securing a 1-0 victory. A first Leisure Leagues win for the Kebabs

A Macallam of Unathletico Madrid emerged as the top scorer in Division 1, contributing three goals to his team's dominating win, however it was Mason who picked up the MVP award
