In a thrilling culmination to the season, the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side football league came to a close yesterday. Week 14 brought the excitement, energy, and talent that made this season unforgettable.

In the Premier League division, the Beautiful Men emerged victorious, claiming the title with a total of 21 points and 10 wins. The team put up an impressive performance in the final match, dominating Tika Taka FC with a staggering 10-2 score. Jack T, from Beautiful Men, was the star player of the division, finishing as the top scorer with a total of 6 goals. His impressive skill set and relentless performance have been pivotal to the team's success throughout the season.

Pique Blinders defeated Bilbao 6's 6-2, finishing level on points with the Men, however it was goal difference in the end that gave them the title

Most Valuable Player - Mardenbrough (Pique Blinders)

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Athletico Northfield  secured their title even with a 2-1 loss to Pipers FC. Northfield will lift the trophy next week, as both them and Pipers take on the Premier league

Elsewhere in Division 1, Misfits FC demolished FC BomersField with an 8-0 score,

 The highlight from Division 1 was the outstanding performance by Burden from Misfits FC, who managed to net a total of 5 goals, topping the division's scorer list.

Pathetic Athletic managed to overcome Chasers81120 FC with a 4-2 triumph to finish in 3rd place. The division's top scorer Ty took his tally to 33 for the season, winning the Golden Boot.

Nordic defeated Special Inbetweeners 3-2, with Matt Clarke once again instrumental in the win
