WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE RUBERY THURSDAY LEAGUE 20TH JUNE

Another excellent evening in the Rubery 6 aside league held at Colmers Farm with all teams in attendance and everything running smoothly as usual.

The premier division saw FC Dons continue to dominate but dropped their first point of the season as they were held to a fine 1-1 draw by relegation threatened OCR. Sam McConaghy gave a superb man of the match display as MEN defeated No Surrender by 4 goals to 1 to maintain their challenge on the top two teams.

Division one saw No Fuchs Given gain themselves a comprehensive 5-2 victory over Athletico Northfield to keep their 3 point lead over second placed Bvilly Block. They themselves came away with a 3-1 win over Acca Maestros.
