News Update from the Rubery Tuesday League 11/05/21

Despite the torrential downpours, we had a fantastic evening of 6-a-side football at the Colmers Farm Leisure Centre in the Rubery Tuesday league, as all teams were in attendance as scheduled. 

We saw new team SouthWest Sixes start in the league and play their first game against other relative new boys Pique Blinders and turn out convincing 5-0 winners, they look like they will be a force to be reckoned with for the rest of the year. 

It looks like it's going to be a closely fought affair at the top of the table, with Cig Bocks and Ajax Yatrees Down both still having 100% records after 4 games. I'm sure everyone will be looking on excitedly when the two teams face off on the 25th May.
