In the eighth week of the Rubery Tuesday 6-a-side Football League, we saw a face-off of some extraordinary talent and breathtaking performances. With only two weeks left in the season, the stakes are higher than ever as teams battle for top spots in their respective divisions, Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League division, Rubery Athletico clinched a narrow victory over AFC Kings Norton with a final score of 1-0.  A well battled performance by Kings Norton, who will be proud of their performance

Meanwhile, Pique Blinders FC asserted their dominance by taking down Wheezy Wanderers FC with a final score of 4-1. Pique Blinders FC's Jordan Wilson notched up his performance by scoring two goals, making him the top scorer in the Premier League division this week.

In Division 1, Bartley Blues secured a winning score of 2-0 against The Special Inbetweeners. A great performance by the Blues, who will be looking to finish 2nd this season

Owen Cooper, of Bartley Blues, won the hearts of fans and players alike by demonstrating remarkable skill and strategy on the field. His performance earned him the title of 'Most Valued Player' of the week.

Turves Troopers triumphed over Leave My Arsealona with a score of 3-1. A massive win for the Troopers which not only seals promotion for them, but with Chasers losing also secures them the Division 1 title. Can they go the season unbeaten?
