We had a brilliant night of six a side football at Glen Park in Spalding on Monday evening, with another action packed evening of six a side football. We were grateful to Posh Old Boys for letting us know they were unable to attend again, and they will be back as normal next week.
Premier Division
The title race took a dramatic turn on Monday in the Premier Division, as PSV Hangover roared their way back into contention with a 1-0 victory over joint top Young Guns. This coupled with a comfortable 6-0 win for Boston means the top three sides are all tied on eight points with five games played.
Meanwhile the fight for survival continues to hot up as well. Warriors found their form with a fantastic 3-0 victory over Harriers FC, and jumped above their rivals into fifth place. Every team from Univeg FC and below will be keeping a nervy eye on the relegation trap door, as three points separate the bottom five teams.
Division One
The top two sides in Division One were on form on Monday, as they both won comfortably. Long Heads put out a real statement of intent, as they were at their brutal best with a 10-0 victory over Hakuna Juan Mata. Things weren't quite as clear cut for Simply Simply Lovely, but they remain joint top as they won 3-1.
Division Two
RoastEither FC were the big winners in Division Two, as they beat second placed Bobwells Ballers 2-1 to move three points clear at the top of the league.
DGM turned the form book upside down to secure their first win of the season against Show Me The Mane, and after Monday's results there is just two points between second place to seventh place.
