Rule change for Division 2: It has been noted that there is a fair amount of players swapping taking place in this division. In itself, this is not an issue. However, when half a team is brought in from premier league teams, this is then frustrating, Division 2 is there for new teams to grow and for some teams to enjoy a slower paced fun game of footie.

Going forward, only 1 premier league utility player/ringer can be used in a division 2 match to keep things fair (referees will be keeping an eye out for this).
