Leisure Leagues' Birmingham Tuesday 6 aside league was in full swing yesterday at Lordswood Girls school and Sixth Form Centre. With all the teams in attendance, the players put in some impressive performances to keep the spectators entertained throughout the evening. However, there was a notable absence, as Kings Heath Albion failed to give their 7 days notice but did inform the office, so the organizers arranged a fixture for their opponents.
The teams that did show up certainly made the most of their opportunity to shine, with some fantastic scores on the board. PGB FC put on an impressive display with a 3-0 win against Stone Cold. Meanwhile, THE PRAWNS had a comfortable 7-2 victory over BAASNM Bumblebees. Charter also put on an attacking masterclass with a 9-4 win against Under 2 Point 5 Goals.
Despite the absence of Kings Heath Albion, the league remains full and competitive. The team has informed the organizers that they will be back next week, and the league continues to search for ways to extend the competition further. So if you and your friends are looking to join in on the action, now is the perfect time to register your team details on the Leisure Leagues' website.
With the league already boasting a range of talented teams and players, there's no better way to enjoy some friendly competition and show off your skills on the pitch. So don't hesitate to get involved and sign up today!
