WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE BIRMINGHAM TUESDAY LEAGUE 3RD AUGUST

The first week of the new season kicked off in the Birmingham Tuesday 6 aside league held at Lordswood Girls School this week. We were suprised to see that NRN FC and No Cap FC failed to attend their fixtures despite confirming their attendance last week. NRN have confirmed that it was a one off as they struggled to find the correct venue with this being their first week but they will be back this week. No Cap FC have been removed as this was the second week in which they have failed to attend or contact us to make us aware.

I would like to remind all teams to check if there are any dates in which you are unable to raise a team due to holidays, especially as we enter the peak holiday season. If you are unable to raise a team with your usual players, you can ask anyone else you may know to fill in for them on unavailable dates, this is the main reason we don`t use a registration policy. Failing that, we also allow teams to borrow a maximum of 2 players from the league but if you take this option, you are not permitted to use substitutes. If any of the before mentioned is not possible and you still have to cancel, please make sure you give the required 7 days notice to avoid any charges.

We do have one space in the league at the moment and are therefore offering FREE ENTRY to all new teams. This is a time limited offer and will save £50 on the usual fee, so be quick or miss out. To enter your team, just enter your team details and we will be in contact with all the relevant information.
