Play in the Stourbridge Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the latest round of the Stourbridge Monday 6-a-side football league, spectators were treated to an action-packed series of matches with team displays of high-quality football. This marked the 6th week of the thrilling season.

In the Premier League division, Barely Athletic fell to a solid Boca 2.0 side with a final score of 0-2 in a competitive matchup from both sides. Despite their best efforts, Barely Athletic were unable to penetrate the well-organized Boca 2.0 defence. Meanwhile, in a pulsating fixture, Del Bosque FC narrowly lost to Haven’t Jota Clue with a 2-3 scoreline. 

The Division 1 fixtures were no less exciting, with Bilkos Ballers dominating Surreal Madrid 7-1 where Bilkos piled on the pressure in attack. Pablo Hit The Bar put on a masterclass against Boca with a 6-1 victory, and Not Quite Passed It edged past Misfits FC with a 2-1 win in a tight battle where either side could have taken the victory

The team of the week is given to Bilkos Ballers after their dominant display in division one taking them two points clear of the bottom two and Surreal Madrid. A sensational attacking display which they will hope to keep up in the coming weeks.

As the season continues, all eyes will be on the coming weeks as the teams vie for the top spots in their respective divisions. Will the top goal scorers continue their streak?
