STOURBRIDGE OVER 35S MON 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 22ND MAY

All the latest news for the Stourbridge Monday Over 35s 6-a-side League is direct from Stourbridge Rugby Club.

A fantastic night of action in the Stourbridge Over 35s Monday League with some fantastic games played through the night and all teams in attendance as expected.

Premier League game of the week this week was the tight game between 'Boca Seniors' and 'FC Crystal'. In a high-quality game, the two teams could only be split by one goal 'FC Crystal' managed to get the winning goal and taking the victory 2-1. We look forward to seeing how these two teams can finish the season in a highly competitive league.

The game of the week in Division One was the game between 'Barely Athletic' and 'Del Bosque FC'. In a tight affair neither team could get the winning goal. With neither team gaining the win they sit next to each other in the table 5th and 6th with both teams looking to move up the table  in the remaining games this season.

The team of the week, for this evening's tough set of games is given to 'Misfits FC' as they comfortably beat their opponents 'Bilkos Ballers' as they continue to look for a good run of games which can boost their promotion hopes with them currently sitting 6 points off of the top two places with 6 games to play.

The league is now off for this next Bank Holiday Monday 29th May 2023, and will resume the week after on Monday 5th June 2023 as the centre is closed this week. We would like to wish everyone involved with the league a great bank holiday weekend and see you all on the 5th.
