A fantastic night of action in the Stourbridge Over 35s Monday League with some fantastic games played through the night and all teams in attendance as expected.

Premier League game of the week this week was the tight game between 'Surreal Madrid' and 'Boca Seniors'. In a high-quality game, the two teams couldn’t be split but it was 'Surreal Madrid' who gained a vital win over their opponents as the game finished 3-1. With how close the games were on the night it will be interesting to see how the table looks when the two teams meet again.

Game of the week in Division One was the game between 'Boca' and 'Barely Athletic'. In a tight affair 'Boca' carried on their strong start to the season to run out 4-2 winners and sit in third after week five. Next up for them is 'Del Bosque FC' as they look to break into the top two promotion positions.

The team of the week, for this evening's tough set of games is given to 'Del Bosque FC' as they comfortably beat their opponents 'Misfits FC' as they pick up their second win of the season. They sit fourth four points off the top two and look to keep this run going when they take on 'Boca' after the bank holiday, whose unbeaten start will survive?

The league is now off for this next Bank Holiday Monday (Monday 1st May 2023) but will resume for the Bank Holiday Monday the week after (Monday 8th May 2023) as the centre is closed this week but open the week after.
