A brilliant night of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Over 35s Monday League at Stourbridge Rugby Club.

Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance as 'Del Bosque FC' were not present for there fixture. The team have confirmed there return for next week and we look forward to seeing how they get on. The game of the evening in the Premier League was the game between 'Boca 2.0' and 'Mirage United' as 'Mirage United' were able to best their opponents in a 6-3 win. Victory in this nine goal thriller shows how tight and amazingly close all the teams are in this league. Maintaining pole position and facing 'Surreal Madrid' next week they will be looking to take the win again.

Division One game of the evening was the game between 'Misfits FC' and 'Pablo Hit The Bar'. In a very evenly matched contest that could have gone either way it was 'Misfits FC' who were able to get the 3-1 win and currently sit 4th place. Next up for them is 'Barely Athletic' and with a win could be closing in on the top two at the halfway stage.

'Mirage United' are our team of the week following a good win over their opposition above with a phenominal attacking display. Next up is a game against 'Surrela Madrid' and they will be looking to stay top of the table in the Premier League at the halfway stage.
