A FANTASTIC NIGHT IN THE BRIERLEY HILL MONDAY LEAGUE!

A very entertaining evening of 6aside football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance as expected.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week features 'Exeter Gently' and 'Lets Get Messi'. Two teams that started with wins last week and went into this game with confidence but it was 'Exeter Gently' who came out with the 3-1 win. The game as a whole was very entertaining throughout and could have gone either way, 'Lets Get Messi' will be looking forward to playing them again in a few weeks time to see if they can get revenge for this result.

The game of the night in Division One was the last game of the night between 'West Midlands United FC' and 'Who Ate All Depays'. A close and hard fought game between two teams that are striking up a very good rivalry in the league. It was 'West Midlands United FC' who took the bragging rights this time with a 2-1 win and they continue there unbeaten start as they go into a top of the table clash against 'AC McCann' next week.

Team of the week for this week is 'Exeter Gently' for there start to life in the Premier Division, they have hit the ground running in the top division and are looking good as they sit top after week two. Can they sustain this good start and push for the title? Next week they take on last season's runners up 'Inter Mi'Bathams'.
