BRIERLEY HILL LEAGUE BACK WITH A BANG!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for. Unfortunately we did have two disciplinary issues in the game between 'Borrussia MunchYourDadSack' vs '6 Berks And A Turk'. Two of the players from 'Borrussia MunchYourDadSack' players were carded both for abusive language towards the referee having been warned previously about it. Daniel Baker has received a yellow card and £10 fine for his abuse and 'Lynzii Gallagher' has received a red card £20 fine for hers. It is important that all teams remain within the rules of the league and it is important to remember that any disciplinary issues will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly.

On more positive news, game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between 'Baloteletubbies' VS 'Scottys In A Box'. This first game the have played against each other was a real cracker with 'Scottys In A Box' coming out 2-1 winners. With how close most games were on the night in the Premier Division it will be interesting to see who ends up where.

The game of the night in Division One was between 'We Lose Every Week' and 'West Midlands United FC'. Both teams worked hard and have played each other a few times now but 'West Midlands United FC' were get their revenge following previous loses and were able to come out with the 2-1 win. Next week for them is top of the table 'We Don't Give A Flying Duck FC', 'We Lose Every Week' have second in the table 'Inter Mi'Bathams', good luck to all.

Team of the week for this week is 'We Don't Give A Flying Duck FC'. Sitting top of Division One with two wins from two they are looking to bounce straight back following there relegation last season. Can they keep this form up and blow the competition away.
