BRIERLEY HILL MONDAY LEAGUE HITS HALFWAY!

Great to see some wonderful games played during the  Brierley Hill Monday League this week. It was however very disappointing that 'Borrussia MunchYourDadsSack' were unable to fulfil their fixture. The team have already contacted and confirmed they will be back next week. It is paramount that all teams are present for each and every fixture and if not try their hardest to contact the area manager in a sufficient amount of time in order for the league to run smoothly and effectively each week. 

Game of the night in the Premier Division goes to the game between 'Peter Beardsley' and 'Baloteletubbies', last seasons champions run very close by a team that are settling nicely into the league.  As we hit the second half of the season it will be interesting to see if 'Baloteletubbies' can turn these good performances into wins. 

The Division 1 game of the night goes to the game between 'Who Ate All Depays' and 'West Midlands United F.C', two good teams that ran themselves very close and saw some good chances missed and great defending throughout. It was 'Who Ate All Depays' who came out with the 1-0 win and they have now climbed to within 1 point of the team they beat on the night.

'Who Ate All Depays' also take team of the week because of this performance, they are improving more and more as they settle into the league. Next up is 'We Lose Every Week' whoever wins could climb up to fourth if results go their way.
