After the heartache of the Euros a great evening of football for all that attended in this week’s 6- a side Monday Leisure Leagues at Stourbridge Rugby Club. Some well contested games in with some more high scoring games throughout the divisions and excellent team performances overall.
It was very disappointing that a number of teams were unable to fulfil their fixtures but they have all confirmed there return this week and all ready for the last games of the season. It is paramount that all teams are present for each and every fixture and if not try their hardest to contact the area manager in a sufficient amount of time in order for the league to run smoothly and effectively each week.

In the next game ‘Oaks Ay We’ moved to within two points of the league leaders after a brilliant display against ‘Umps XI’. This leaves a crunch match against ‘Football Club FC’ next week to see who will be promoted to Division Two for the new season, good luck both teams.
