A fantastic night of 6-a-side football with some entertaining fixtures played throughout and all teams in attendance as expected.
Game of the evening in the Premier League was 'Inter Mi'Bathams' gaining an fantastic 5-4 victory against their opponents 'MC Dons'. The game was run by MVP Matt Preston with a vintage display and found some excellent form during the game when he scored a hattrick. This victory also brings them their first victory of the season. However, in the other corner with 'MC Dons ' they played free-flowing football where they will feel unfortunate not to get a result also, well done to bothe teams!
Division One game of the week saw 'PSGeezas' beat their opponents 'Call The Cops FC' 3-1 as they roll on their impressive form from the previous week. 'Call the Cops FC' had spells of good football however was not enough this week, hopefully, they can bounce back better next week. 'PS Geezas' on the other hand are five points clear of 3rd with 6 games to go and be hoping the league leaders 'Roebuck FC' will slip up before the end of the season.
In Division 2 we had another 5-4 grudge match which saw 'Beercelona' get the better of 'West Midlands United FC' as both teams went back and forth but it was 'Beercelona' who eventually came away with the win. 'West Midlands United FC' also provided an impressive account for themselves despite the loss. Can either of these teams take this form into next week and move up towards the top two spots?
Yet again the game of the week in Division Three included 'Unprotected Cesc' however this week, they returned with a solid 5-3 victory over their opponents 'YourMomsZahore' who were tricky in attack however could not tackle the 'Unprotected Cesc' attack. This win was orchestrated by Will Tibbets with a great hattrick. It also means 'Unprotected Cesc' leapfrog there opponents into top of the league as we near the halfway stage in this league.
'Unprotected Cesc' are also our team of the week as they have taken a one point lead into game week five of the season and are looking to increase this lead in the weeks to come. After a fantastic start to life at the league can they keep this unbeaten form going?
