The Stourbridge Monday 6-a-side Football league came alive with dramatic action and thrilling goals in its eight week.

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Genoa Side were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them to confirm their return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time

In the Premier League, Unprotected Cesc dominated with a 5-0 victory over Talbot 6, while The Galacticos managed to sneak past AFC Vexham with a 2-1 win. 

Meanwhile, in Division 1, BBF United emerged as the highest scoring team with an 8-5 triumph over Baz Ball FC. Kford Boys overcome Royals with a 6-2 win and DY5 Bullets edged past VI Inches Combined winning 1-0. Finally, Yatesys VI comfortably beat Fill Her Wycombe 2-0.

The action continued in Division 2 where Scran City blanked Bunting Mental with a 4-0 scoreline. Athletic Dildao comfortably beat Pique Blinders 4-1. Hwang Bang saw out Big Balls with a 3-2 win and Bayern Neverlosen beat Big Stiff Chip Butty 4-2.

In Division 3, there was no shortage of goals either. Lads On Toure outpaced Unathletic Madrid 6-4 while Past Our Prime showed no mercy to Pathetico Madrid, winning easily. Peter Larsen Kaffe dominated Has Bin Lions winning 4-0 and Spignif Allstars beat This Is Plough We Do It 2-0.

Division 4 saw Still Trying FC putting up a strong performance, defeating Team Pending by a big scoreline. Spaff It FC beat Rios Friday FC 3-0. Twinkle Toes saw out Expected Toulouse FC winning 1-0. In the final game of the night, Bakers Barmy Army beat Danny Gs Henchmen 2-0.

All eyes will be on these top performers as we head into the ninth week of the Stourbridge Monday 6-a-side Football league. With the stakes increasing, the competition promises to be more intense and exciting.\
