THREE GAMES GONE AND THE LEAGUES START TO TAKE SHAPE!!!

Great to see some wonderful games played during the Brierley Hill 6-a-side Monday League this week with all teams in attendance as expected.

Game of the night in the Premier Division goes to the game between 'Inter Mi'Bathams' and 'Man Chest Hair United'. A very good game that could have gone either way and saw 'Inter Mi'Bathams' undefeated streak put in serious doubt. A late goal saved them for a 1-1 draw though to keep both teams unbeaten in the starts that they have made. 

In a very tight Division 1 the game of the night goes to the game between 'West Midlands United FC' and 'We Don't Give A Flying Duck FC', two teams that have payed each other a few times now and would have been a 2-2 draw if it wasn't for a late goal for last season's third place team. 4 points splits top to bottom so it will be interesting to see how the season unfolds.

With two wins and a draw to start 'Sondico Marcus Jones' are our team of the week as they go top of Division One. Without a loss so far is this a sign of the season ahead following the 6-3 win? Only time will tell.

The league is now off for the bank holiday Monday 6th May 2019 and will resume again on Monday 13th May 2019 as the centre is closed.
