THREE TO GO IN THE STOURBRIDGE MONDAY LEAGUE!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for. 

Premier Division game of the night goes to the game between 'Neville' and 'Wolves Ay We'. 9 goals scored in a very entertaining game to start that was played at a brilliant standard but it was league leaders 'Wolves Ay We' who suffered their first loss since joining the league as 'Neville' ran out 5-4 winners. A top two position may be out of reach for them now but they will be looking to finish strong in order to finish the season as the leagues 3rd placed team.

The first game of the night in Division One between 'Nitty Committee FC' and 'Stella FC' was the game to watch in Division One. 5 goals again in another fantastic game between the two teams that saw 'Stella FC' get there revenge on the result earlier in the season as they ran out 3-2 winners. With three games to go there is still one point splitting 1st, 2nd and 3rd and with the fixtures 'Stella FC' have it will be interesting to see if they can climb into the top before the end of the season.

The game of the night in Division Two was the game between 'Bayern Neverlosen' and 'Expected Toulouse F.C'. Two similarly able teams that served up a cracker, as the points were shared in a 3-3 draw. With three games to go 'Expected Toulouse F.C' need three wins from three in order to have any chance of staying up, one more win will get 'Bayern Neverlosen' safe for another season.

Division Three game of the night has to be the game between 'Football Club FC' and 'Schoolboy Error'. An 8 goal game that saw 'Football Club FC' come out on top as 5-3 winners and keep up there chase for a top two spot. Next up 'Park Tavern FC' can they get another good win to keep climbing the table?

'Redz On Stedz' are our team of the week. They have settled in very nicely to life in the league and were able to hand 'Wall Heath FC' their first defeat in a 7-2 win. They still have time to get promoted for the new season, will they catch the top two before the season ends?
