STOURBRIDGE SUNDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 21ST AUGUST 2022

All the latest news for the Stourbridge Sunday 6-a-side League is direct from Stourbridge Rugby Club.

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Stourbridge on Sunday  and some entertaining matches played across the division to finish the campaign. Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance at the league as 'Badway Madway' were not present for their fixture, the team have already confirmed there return for the first game of the new season on Sunday 4th September 2022. It is paramount all teams are present each and every week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible, if you are having any problems at all please be sure to contact your Area Manager in plenty of time to help with this process.

Congratulations to 'I Like That' who finished the season as winners of the league.  And well done to 'Real Sosobad' who finished as Runners-Up.  There is also congratulations to Kian Lord of 'I Like That' who has walked away with the player of the season award and the top goal scorer award. The winners of the league will be contacted over the coming days in order to decide what they would like there reward to be for there hard work this season. The above teams and players will have the opportunity to be entered into their respective weekly prize draws on Facebook Live! Or receive trophies and medals at the league following their first game of the new season.

Well done all and please remember that the league is off this Sunday due to the bank holiday weekend so the NEW SEASON starts Sunday 4th September 2022 and we will be in contact with all teams to confirm your first kick off times!
