It was great to get the season off with a bang with all teams in attendance as expected.

The new season kicked off with some excellent football being played. The game of the evening saw 'AFC Audnam' beat 'Whats My Age Again FC' in an exciting encounter between the two teams. 'AFC Audnam' played exceptional football which was matched by 'Whats My Age Again FC' for a certain period of time until they managed to pull away and gain the victory. This was lead by an amazing hattrick scored by MVP Adam Hall. Can they carry this form into a rivalry game against 'I Like That' next week?

The team of the week in the opener of the season is given to 'Hoosier Daddy's' as they start the season in style with a victory over 'Big Butie Beaches' as all team members put in an great shift especially Aaron Pardoe who scored 5 goals in the first game. This puts them straight to the top of the division and possibly the ones to watch already.
