Play in the Brierley Hill Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues
In the thrilling week four of the Brierley Hill Thursday 6 a side Football league, spectators were treated to a medley of goals, exceptional performances, and intense competition. In this week's fixtures, teams in the Premier League and Division 1 divisions proved their mettle on the field with remarkable results.
Unfortunately we did have an incident on the night in the game between Kford & Co and Wallows Madrid as a player from Kford & Co was sent from the field of play due to abuse towards the referee. The player in question has been banned for one week and fined £10 for this incident. It is paramount all players stay within the rules each and every week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible, if this is not done then the incident will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly each time.
In more positive news, in the Premier League division, Bellies Boys The Sequel beact West Midlands Griffins with a good victory. Borussia Monchenglassback also put on an impressive performance with a 6-1 triumph over Here 4 A Pint After FC. In the same league, Hakuna Juan-Mata managed to secure a modest 2-0 victory against Exeter Gently.
In Division 1, Blue Ballers edged out You Spin Me Joel Round in a close 3-2 encounter while Wallows Madrid clinched a 2-0 victory against Kford & Co.
Overall, the week was packed with exciting football, brilliant individual performances, and a true display of sportsmanship. Football fans are eagerly looking forward to the next set of matches, expecting more of the same fervour and passion.
