The clash of the titans was in full swing as Brierley Hill's Wednesday Football League embarked on its third week, with pulsating action in both the Premier League and Division 1.

Unfortunately, there was a incident involving Tekky Allstars on the night where a number of players from their team over stepped the mark when it comes to their conduct at the league. The league has therefore been left no choice to remove them from the league and fine them £50 for their conduct on the night. Although this does create a space in the league, it is paramount all teams follow the rules at all times, in order for everyone to get the best experience each and every week at the league.

In the Premier League, an intense encounter was witnessed as DY8 All The Pies and Kford Boys battled it out, ending with a 1 - 1 draw. Six Offenders, despite a gallant effort, succumbed to Goobz FC with a scoreline of 1 - 3. Pique Blinders put up an exemplary performance, defeating Tekky Allstars 3 - 0. 

The Division 1 games were no less exciting. Drinking Team With A Football Problem showed a masterclass, edging past Pathetico Madrid 2 - 1. Choir Boys FC emerged victorious over Any Holes A Goal with a score of 3 - 1. The most impressive performance was from Gangsters Allardyce, who trounced Cltr Alt Deligt.

As we head into Week 4, the stakes are higher and the competition fiercer. If the action from this week is anything to go by, spectators and teams alike are in for a treat. Sports enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this exhilarating football saga.
