Sunday 10th December - University of Birmingham Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some well competed games played across all six divisions.

In the Premier League, METCH FC narrowly edged past Chiellini Con Carne with a 1-0 victory, while Ls Up FC trounced their opponents 4-0. Josh Dugmore of Ls Up FC stole the spotlight, netting four goals to secure his position as the top scorer in this division. In a clash of the titans, Say No To Drugs FC suffered a 0-2 defeat against Damo Carew, while Chivas Primera and DADS ARMY ended in a goalless draw.

Division 1 witnessed Athletico Northfield clinching a tight 2-1 victory against Robben Me Blind, and FDL FC demonstrated their offensive prowess with a 6-0 triumph over Gangsters Allardyce. Gaz from Chivas Supplemento struck once to become the top scorer in the division.

In Division 2, Sam D from Diamond Scrubs emerged as the top scorer, netting five goals to steer his team to a 5-2 victory against SB Generals. The Hungry Boys fell to a 2-6 defeat against Dead Ballers FC, whereas Alton Wanderers FC secured an emphatic 6-0 win over TMA.

Broderick AFC and Jonah Is Better Than Messi FC recorded wins in Division 3, while Division 4 saw victories for Brummie Boys FC and The Cotters. In Division 5, Schmeichel Jackson managed to squeeze past Real Pasante with a 1-0 win.
