It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Birmingham on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being a couple of student teams, who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 20th January.
On the pitch there were some entertaining matches played. New team Old Timers settled into life in the Premier Division well, they won their first game 2-1 against Chivas Primera to show they will be just fine in that league. The other new team in the Premier Division, Bartley Reds South were beaten 4-2 in a competitive match against third place Podolskiing.
Dad's Army remain top of the pile in Division One, they annihilated new side Team A in their matchup, 9-1 the final score. D&G United are just a point behind with a 2-0 win over Haoddersfield Town FC.
In Division Two, Sporting Madrid's lead at the top of the table is cut to just one point after they were beaten by Benteke Fried Chicken, 2-0 the final score. Hungry Boys stay second after their 5-0 win this week.
Simply Kosher remain 4 points clear at the summit of Division Three, this follows their 3-1 win over Kroos Control FC, they are looking nailed on for the title as the games run out.
Whiligh FC still lead the way in Division Four after a 2-0 win over Hannover 69 who slip to third place after Boom Boom Pau ran out 4-1 winners over Put it Up My Brum.
