It was the end of the season in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week, with some well competed matches played across all divisions. We will be in touch with all teams to confirm details of the new campaign which kicks off on Sunday 28th April.
Premier League titans, DADS ARMY cemented their dominance with a confident 4-0 triumph over Real Pasante, concluding the season with a total of 19 points collected from nine victories. In Division 1, a tight match saw SB Generals secure a 3-0 win over Robben Me Blind, while the top scorer, Kane from Tekkaslovakia V2, made a significant contribution to his team with a total of 2 goals.
Division 2 witnessed an intense stalemate between Sporting Stirchley FC and Chivas Primera, both failing to find the back of the net. However, it was Sporting Stirchley FC who clinched the division title, boasting a total of 23 points and 10 wins. The division's top scorer was Remmi from The Hungry Boys, who managed to net one goal.
In Division 3, AFC Domi Force left no stone unturned in their 4-0 victory over The Cotters, thus securing the division title with a total of 23 points and 10 wins. Division 4 saw Jonah Is Better Than Messi FC emerge as champions with a total of 20 points and nine wins, following a hard-fought season.
Lastly, in Division 5, Athletics edged out Invictus FC with a 2-1 win, but it was Hangin who clinched the division title, finishing the season with 21 points and 10 wins.
