It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Birmingham on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance except a late cancellation from Dad's Army and The Hungry Boys, both of which will be contacted accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 30th September.
The Premier Division title race blew wide open this week after Brunswick Bladez suffered their first defeat of the season, 2-1 against fourth placed Podolskiing. Cofton Ultras were on hand to take advantage and edged a close encounter against The SSS FC 2-1 to put themselves just one point off the top.
Goosters FC kept their impressive 100% record going making it 8 out of 8 wins to stay 2 points clear of Pique Blinders who won 3-0 against Allback Allstars.
Its a three horse race at the top of Division Two with just one point separating the top three teams. Adam Johnson's U16's are at the summit with a 2-0 win over Game of Throw Ins. League Hunters and Murder on Zidane's Floor also stay in the mix after both picked up wins in their matches.
Six Offenders lost ground at the top of Division Three after a 0-0 draw against UAE Town, Wiganalose took advantage with a 1-0 win over Brian Munich and are now just one point behind.
