It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in the penultimate round of fixtures in Birmingham on Sunday with a some entertaining matches on display across all six divisions.
Brunswick Bladez played their first game after being crowned champions and third placed Bendtner Over managed to get a point off them in a 1-1 draw which gives them a slim chance of nicking second place but it would take an unlikely swing in goal difference.
In Division One Pique Blinders put in performance of the evening, thrashing newbies Chickendippers 7-0.
Division Two saw League Hunters keep up their pursuit of second place in an aggressive manner, they showed they are not going to give up even though games may run out, thrashing Three Lions 7-0, this means a win for them and a defeat for Boom Boom Pau next week will see them leapfrog their rivals for promotion. A Daniel Taylor inspired Sporting Madrid beat bottom placed Dead Ballers 4-1 to secure a mid table finish for their efforts this season.
Lads on Toure stay a point clear of second placed Six Offenders after a 1-0 win this week over Kroos Control. Sportugal need a minor miracle if they are to get promoted now, although they can match second place's points, there is a goal difference of 8 between them.
Performance of the night in Division Four was the 5-0 win for FC Third Bar against new team Rachel Riley FC.
Game of the night in Division Five was the 3-2 thriller in which Hannover 69 overcame Goose FC.
