It was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week overall. We did have a handful of teams missing but have confirmed Birmingham Tiki-Taka Elite, Cadrington FC and Wolves of Vita Street return this Sunday 10th April. We have removed Masterbaiters from the league for their failure to attend.
We are delighted to confirm the arrival of TWO NEW TEAMS to the league this week. We wish Naughty Pinky and Robben Me Blind the best of luck going into their first fixtures on Sunday 10th April as both join Division Five.
The top of the Premier Division is looking a bit congested after this week as leaders Gledfellas were beaten 3-2 by FKW FC who now go level on points with the leaders, whilst Sting Dem missed the chance to join the top two on ten points, after being held to a 2-2 draw against Chiellini Con Carne. All eyes will be on the Gledfellas v Sting Dem tie this weekend which could prove pivotal in the title race.
Other action in the Premier Division saw Ball Shmoovement suffer a narrow 1-0 defeat to Dads Army, whilst Sporting Madrid were heavily beaten 7-2 at the hands of Chivas Supplemento.

Gylfi Pleasures ran out 6-3 winners against Pain in Dias in an entertaining encounter, whilst Athletico Northfield look a useful addition to the division as they beat Chivas Primera 2-1.
