Overall it was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week. We were however disappointed to see non-attendances from Hales Angels and Alton Wanderers, both of whom have now been removed from the league.

In the Premier League division, Chiellini Con Carne demonstrated their prowess by defeating the Brummy Strollers in a nail-biting encounter with a final score of 3-2. The star of the match was Stef from DADS ARMY, who showcased his clinical finishing skills by scoring a total of three goals in their 5-3 victory over Washed Kings FC. Gledfellas also displayed their attacking prowess, securing a 7-4 win against Damo Carew.
In Division 1, Athletico Northfield continued their impressive form, defeating Chivas Primera with a score of 4-2. Ewan was the standout player of the division, contributing three goals to Athletico Northfield's victory. Ls Up FC showcased their defensive strength, claiming a 2-0 win over Union WIP, while METCH FC emerged victorious with a 3-1 scoreline against Robben Me Blind.
Division 2 witnessed an intense battle between Cadballerz and Chivas Supplemento, with Cadballerz ultimately clinching a 3-2 victory. Ivan proved to be the standout player of the division, netting three crucial goals for Cadballerz throughout the match.
In Division 3, Sportugal dominated the field with a convincing 3-0 win against Bell Them Birds Back Lad. Division 4 saw MXRLEYS ANGELS and Leavemyarcelona settle for a thrilling 3-3 draw, while Diamond Scrubs secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Top Gs. SB Generals celebrated a hard-fought 2-1 win against The Hungry Boys.
Division 5 treated fans to some closely contested matches, with Le Sserafim FC emerging victorious with a 5-2 scoreline against Broderick AFC. The Cotters secured a narrow 1-0 win over Weoley Warriors, while Tiger Force claimed a hard-fought 1-0 victory over The Gerri Hat-Tricks.
The league's top scorers were recognized for their exceptional performances. Stef from DADS ARMY dominated the Premier League with three goals, while Ewan from Athletico Northfield showcased his striking prowess in Division 1. Ivan from Cadballerz impressed in Division 2, and Sportugal's players displayed their attacking strength in Division 3.
