Sunday 8th December - Birmingham Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed games played.

In the Premier League, METCH FC and Cadballerz settled for a 1-1 draw, while DADS ARMY triumphed over Chivas Primera with a 4-0 victory. Avengers Assombalonga and Chiellini Con Carne fought out a tense 2-2 draw, while GamingSoc delivered an impressive 5-2 win over Ndicka In Dias. Joe Hunter from DADS ARMY took the limelight, scoring twice to become the top scorer of the week in the Premier League.

Over in Division 1, Snorting Lisbon faced a narrow 1-2 defeat against AFC BIGFATDAVE. Gary Glitchards Gorgeous Guys emerged victorious over Alton Wanderers FC with a 4-2 scoreline. Chivas Supplemento and Sevilla Tism FC both had satisfying wins against AFC Domi Force and The Hungry Boys respectively. Herman of Gary Glitchards Gorgeous Guys outshone others by scoring a hat-trick, thus becoming the top scorer in Division 1.

In Division 2, Only Goals FC managed a clean 2-0 sheet against 3 Small Plates FC. Road To GC lost to HARAM BALL 1-3, and Robben Me Blind suffered a narrow 3-4 defeat against Diamond Scrubs. Sharkys Saints clinched a 4-3 victory over Shlongball. Shlongball's Shaun Davies became the top scorer with three goals.

The battles in Division 3 saw Pitch Black defeat Bocat Army 3-1, while 6 LITTLE BIRDS FC edged out I Put My Heart In This 2-1. Stevie Wonders and The Cotters both secured 1-0 victories over Dead Ballers FC and Team Z respectively.

Finally, in Division 4, Steel & Iron overcame Encounter Attack 4-1, whilst Jiggy Jiggy United lost 1-3 to Munter Hunters.
