WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE BIRMINGHAM UNIVERSITY LEAGUE 12TH MAY

Another excellent evening of 6 aside football held at the University Of Birmingham with all teams in attendance apart from Ayew Blindferfuchsake and TIV Boys. We will be contacting both teams to ensure they are back in action for this coming Sunday or they will be removed from the league.

This week sees the final round of fixtures take place of the current season with the new season kicking off  the Sunday after on the 26th May. We can already congratulate Athletico Mandem2, Chivas Supplemento, Benteke Fried Chicken, Whiligh FC and Tekkers-Slovakia for claiming their respective divisional titles after this weeks results. The only division yet to be confirmed is division 3 with Sportugal and South Birmingham Storm both tied at the top on 19 points. Both teams meet this week in the final round of fixtures in what we are sure will be the match of the night.

Although this league is currently full we are always looking to extend our leagues in the area especially when a new season is due to kick off.
