The Canvey Island Thursday League ran fantastically with all 12 teams in attendance which is brilliant to see. 

The centre have brought in new goals which are slightly smaller, these goals are not of our doing but this could tighten some of the scoring of games as seen this week with a 1-0 and a 0-0 in games.

The game times are varied throughout the season and are spread so everyone gets a 9:20 kick off and the league managers do work hard to ensure all team requests are met however it is hard when 5-6 teams request not late ones, so you must realise that your team will have to play a 9:20 at some point.
