7TH APRIL LEAGUE UPDATE FROM THE CANNOCK SUNDAY LEAGUE

Another good evening in the Cannock Sunday league despite Bars Click, Big Tools and The Old, The Unfit and Deluded cancelling for the day due to Wolves playing in the semi final of the FA Cup. All of these teams have confirmed that they will be back as normal for this weeks fixtures.

We also had a no show from Pique Blinders despite us speaking with them earlier in the week and them confirming that they would be there. We will be contacting their team captain to ensure that they are back as normal for this week or they will be replaced by a team from the waiting list.

The league itself saw Jlingz FC secure the premier division title with one game remaining in the season after they defeated Dynamo Fucktherest emphatically by 6 goals to 1. 

S Club 6 gave the performance of the evening as they showed their attacking prowess by slamming 11 goals past a depleted She Was Only VI back line who were unable to register any goals of their own.

Division One saw Snorting Wizbon have their lead at the top cut to two points as they went down to a 4-2 defeat by FUB FC but still remain in prime position to take the title with one match remaining. 

Messi Busquets were unable to take full advantage of Snorting Wizbon dropping points as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Team Maestro. 

Although the premier division places have been decided, there is still all to play for in division one with the top 4 places separated by only 3 points so good luck to all teams.
