The Cannock Sunday 6 aside league reached its eight week mark last night with an enthralling display of skill and tactics from the teams of the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.
In the Premier League division, PBDL FC clawed their way to a nail-biting 1-0 victory over 01543 FC. Diadora FC and Team Maestro followed, with a fierce competition that ended in a 1-1 draw. Norfolk N Chance managed to squeeze out a narrow 2-1 victory against FUB FC, displaying their resilience and determination.
Over in Division 1, AC McCann took the spotlight with a solid 3-1 win over The Crow-Knees. Ayden FC and Snorting Wizbon battled it out in a tense match, ending in a 1-1 draw. The real feast for the eyes, however, was the spectacular display from Murder On Zidanes Floor, who beat Sky Blue Army 5-0! This victory, undeniably, stamps their authority over the division.
In Division 2, Bar Snort FC emerged victorious with a 1-0 win over Expected Toulouse, while Hednesford U5s suffered a 0-2 defeat against Paralympiacos. The final match of the division saw BARELY ATHLETIC edge out a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Kane Cobras FC.
