Sunday 15th October - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a fine evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Sunday 6 a side league this week as all 24 teams were in attendance for their matches across all three divisions and some entertaining matches played.

In the Premier League Division, 01543 FC eked out a narrow victory over FUB FC with a 1-0 scoreline, demonstrating their defensive prowess. Norfolk N Chance and FC G&T provided a thrilling match, finishing with a 3-3 draw, wherein both teams showed resilient attacking and defending skills. Stroke Titty dominated Diadora FC in a 5-0 clean sweep, while PBDL FC outclassed Team Maestro with an emphatic 5-0 victory, with both winning teams showcasing their offensive power.

In Division 1, AC McCann outperformed league debutants Street FC, triumphing with a 6-1 scoreline. Murder On Zidanes Floor squeezed out a 1-0 victory over Inter Yermam. Sky Blue Army secured a 4-2 win against Ayden Fc, while Snorting Wizbon narrowly beat The Crow-Knees in a high-scoring 5-4 game.

In Division 2, Kane Cobras Fc put on an impressive performance against Adi Cannock, winning 9-2, with Barely Athletic securing a 6-1 win over Hednesford U5s. Paralympiacos edged out Bar Snort FC with a 1-0 victory, while Expected Toulouse displayed an offensive masterclass against Young Dumb And Filled Wycombe, with an 11-4 result.
