Sunday 17th November - Cannock Round-Up

A good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being Real Miners who have been removed from the league and replaced with new team Nortons Finest.

In the Premier League, What Divock narrowly defeated 01543 FC with a 2-1 victory, proving their mettle in a tightly contested match. The Burntwood FC team showcased their dominance with a 5-0 drubbing of Exeter Gently. They truly were the standout performers of the week. The last game of the night saw Norfolk N Chance picking up a slim 1-0 victory over Murder On Zidanes Floor.

Over in Division 1, the drama unfolded as Bar Snort FC triumphed over WeKanteWin in a one-sided affair, ending the game with a comfortable 5-0 victory. Still Haven't Got One Yet showed impressive form with a 4-1 win against Barely Athletic. Hednesford U5s managed to secure a 2-0 win against Two Girls One Schlupp. The final match of the night saw FUB FC eke out a 2-1 win over Glass On Grass, capping off a night of intense competition.
