It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night barring Firing Squad who have now been removed from the league.
We are delighted to welcome new team Breast Rummidge Albion to the league as a replacement for the above and wish these good luck going into their first fixture on Sunday 29th January!
Premier Division leaders We Kante Win got a 5-0 win to remain top of the pile, whilst Diadora FC moved into second place with a 2-1 win over bottom side 01543 FC. Stroke Titty remain in third place as they came out on top of an 11 goal thriller against Snorting Wizbon running out 7-4 winners. Completing the divisions action was Fub FC and Team Maestro who drew a blank as they cancelled eachother out in a goalless draw.
Ayden FC went top of Division One this week after an impressive 4-1 win against Put It In Dias, whilst Norfolk N Chance went second as they won by the same scoreline against Only Matip Inn who drop to third. Master Haters moved up to fourth with a 3-0 win against ACFC meaning the top four are separated by just two points. Elsewhere new boys Panthers FC were comfortable on their debut as they romped to a 6-0 win over Hednesford.
We thank all teams for their continued commitment and reliability which ensures the league runs smoothly on a weekly basis, and wish all teams good luck going into game week 5 with Cannock's premier providers of small sided football!
