Sunday 2nd March- Cannock Round-Up

A good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week saw all teams in attendance for their matches across both divisions as scheduled, and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League division, the night belonged to 01543 FC and Norfolk N Chance as they registered wins over Murder On Zidanes Floor and Diadora FC respectively. 01543 FC, exhibiting a stunning display of teamwork and tact, outplayed Murder On Zidanes Floor with a 3-1 victory. Norfolk N Chance showed their dominance in a high scoring match against Diadora FC, emerging victorious with a 6-3 win. Burntwood FC had a close encounter with Still Haven’t Got One Yet, securing a win with a 3-2 margin. What Divock continued their winning streak with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Bar Snort FC.

Moving on to Division 1, Glass On Grass overpowered BARELY ATHLETIC with a 2-1 scoreline. In another match, FUB FC showcased their prowess with an unmatched 6-0 victory against Hednesford U5s.
