It was another excellent evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week on Bank Holiday weekend with all teams in attendance barring late cancellations from Wap FC and Marshall's Misdemeanours who we thank for informing us and look forward to seeing back next week.
FMFB picked up another win this week as they continue to lead the way at the top of the Premier Division, a convincing 7-0 win their latest result. Plain Ham Sandwich sit just a point off the pace though following their 3-2 win over FUB FC, they started 2 weeks behind everyone else so this is an impressive position for them to be in. Third placed Fatletico Madrid are also on the coattails of the top two and sit on nine points, a 2-1 win over Snorting Wizbon keeps them in the hunt. There was a first win of the campaign for Dynamo too as they look to get out of the bottom two, they were 7-4 winners over Team Maestro in a thriller.
Messi Busquets went top of the table on goal difference in Division one this week, this following their 7-0 thrashing of Cannock Town U12's. Pique Blinders remain in third place and keep their promotion hopes alive after a 4-2 win over Double Pogba and Koke.
We wish all teams good luck going into game week 8 with Cannock's premier small sided football provider.
