Sunday 3rd April - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions.  

We welcomed new team Sheffield Monday to the league this week and they will have to get used to the league, but were involved in a goal fest to start with, losing 15-4 to Kroos Control, showing they can score goals, but will need to tighten up significantly in future weeks!

In the Premier Division Dynamo Fuktherest continue their stronghold on the title chase, as they were 6-3 winners over Team Maestro in an entertaining encounter, whilst Stroke Titty continue to keep the pressure on the leaders remaining two points behind after a convincing 6-1 hammering of FUB FC.  Third placed It Just Got Messi may be able to make the four point gap up if they can continue their recent revival in form, a 9-0 win their latest reward for their efforts as they thrashed Snorting Wizbon.  Finally, We Kante Win won the battle of the bottom two as they got their first points of the season on the board, winning 2-1 over Diadora FC.

Division One leaders Fatletico II were convincing 6-0 winners against Double Pogba and Koke as they look a good bet for promotion now they've got to the top of the table.  Tekkerslovakia leapfrogged 01543 FC after beating them 3-1 to go second.
