Sunday 7th April - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled across both divisions.

In the Premier League, Barely Athletic managed a solid 3-1 victory against 01543 FC, showcasing their strategic prowess and on-field coordination. Diadora FC pulled off a narrow 1-0 win over AC McCann, demonstrating the competitive spirit and soccer acumen that has kept fans on the edge of their seats this season. Murder on Zidane's Floor also claimed a 3-1 victory against Snorting Wizbon, keeping the league table as unpredictable as ever. However, the highlight of the week was undoubtedly FC G&T's stunning 11-1 win over Jobbas Warriorsi, in which the league leaders were unrelenting in keeping their 100% record intact.

Over in Division 1, the matches were equally intense. Bar Snort FC and FUB FC had a nail-biting match, with Bar Snort FC finally taking the win 4-3 in a thrilling encounter. What Divock triumphed over Hednesford U5s with a 2-0 scoreline, while Street FC secured a comfortable 4-1 victory against Kane Cobras FC. The match between Sky Blue Army and Norfolk N Chance ended in a 2-2 stalemate, leaving their supporters eager for the next meeting.
