Sunday 8th May - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some excellent games played across both divisions.

The Premier Division leaders and entertainers Dynamo Fuktherest ran out 5-4 winners for the second week in a row this week, as they beat Diadora FC in an entertaining encounter!  It Just Got Messi moved into second place as they look to finish as high as they can, a 7-0 thrashing of Team Maestro their reward for an excellent performance, whilst Stroke Titty dropped a place to third after losing an entertaining encounter 5-3 against Snorting Wizbon.  Bottom of the table We Kante Win gave themselves a glimmer of hope in their bid for survival this week, they were 2-0 winners over third bottom FUB FC who they are now just a point behind!

It was a bit of a baptism of fire for new boys Master Haters this week as they met top of the table Tekkerslovakia in their first game since joining, with Tekkers showing no mercy and running out to an 8-0 victory, whilst Fatletico II moved into second position on goal difference which they boosted significantly this week, as they thrashed Pique Blinders 11-0.  Kroos Control and 01543 FC rounded off the weeks action as they shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw!
