Sunday 9th October - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions as scheduled.

Firing Squad made it 6 out of 6 this week and did so with a 6-1 thrashing of Diadora FC as their goal difference keeps improving in the process, they are now on +37!  Stroke Titty moved up a place to second as they thrashed Hednesford U5's by 8 goals without reply, leapfrogging We Kante Win in the process as they were beaten 1-0 against FUB.  Snorting Wizbon completed the action as they ran out 3-2 winners in an entertaining match against PG.

Division One leaders 01543 are bossing their division too, a sixth win on the spin for them came in the form of an 8-1 hammering of ACFC, as they boast a +34 goal difference.  Second placed Team Maestro are just behind them and continue to be involved in goal fests, this week beating Ayden FC 8-4.  Master Haters remain in third place and are going about their business quietly in their bid for promotion, they were 3-1 winners against Passion Wagons, whilst Puyol Pants Down got a well earned 5-3 win over Balotellitubbies to complete an entertaining evening's action.
