It was an excellent evening of 6 a side football in Cannock on Wednesday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played across all five divisions.
There was a shock result at the top of the Premier Division as Baldeaux were thrashed 8-2 by When Harry Met Alli who are now in third place. Pork Vale are now top by 1 point rather than just goal difference after they got a 1-1 draw with AFC Heath Hayes.
Nutmeg City remain top of the pile in Division One as they romped to victory, 8-2 the final score over FSW Allstars as they made it 7 wins out of 8. Linwood Raiders moved themselves out of the bottom 2 in the league after they put in an impressive performance over Strongbow Unathletic, in a 6-4 thriller.
Other highlights from the night included a 2-2 draw between Newolvabora and Nash FC as both remain in the top three in Division Two. The 3-3 draw between Fiveways and Norton Wanderers was a highlight in Division Four as the former stay in the top two. We're Gonna Lose are still at the top of the table after a 3-2 thriller in which they overcame Jazz Shack.
There was change at top of Division Four as Maradonna Kebab were held to a 1-1 draw by Don't Have Kalou. The Barns and Haven't Got One Yet are now both ahead of them after 6-0 and 4-0 wins respectively.
